1. Order Cancellation
Cancellation Window: You can usually cancel your order for a full refund within a short time frame, typically 6 to 12 hours, of placing the order. After this window, the item may be processed for manufacturing and cannot be stopped.

Refund Timeline (Cancellation): If your cancellation is approved, the refund is processed via the original payment method (bank transfer/card). This usually takes 2-3 working days for internal processing and a total of 4-8 working days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank’s clearance schedule.

2. Return and Exchange Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are heavily restricted and are typically NOT accepted for general reasons (like a simple change of mind), especially since many apparel items are made to order.

Return Window: Returns or exchanges must be requested within a short window, most commonly 3 to 7 days from the date the product was delivered.

Eligible Reasons: Returns are strictly allowed only if the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or the wrong item/size was shipped (i.e., different from what was shown on the order confirmation).

Condition: The item must be in its original, unused, unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Proof Required: For any claim of defect or damage, a clear, unedited “Unboxing Video” showing the packaging and the issue is mandatory. Requests without this video are typically rejected.

Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or using a discount are usually final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Replacement and Exchange Process
Initiation: You must contact the Drip India customer service team (e.g., via email or WhatsApp) with your order number and the unboxing video.

Shipping (Two-Way Charge): For exchanges due to size issues (where the correct size was ordered but doesn’t fit), you may be required to bear the cost of shipping the product back to the warehouse. For errors caused by the Company (defective/wrong item), both shipping costs will usually be covered by Drip India.

Replacement Timeline: Once the returned item is received and passes a quality check at the warehouse, the replacement product is typically dispatched within 48 hours to 7 working days. The final delivery will take the standard shipping time, often a total of 7-10 working days from the date the original return was received.

4. Final Refund Credit Timeline
Drip India generally prefers to issue compensation for valid returns in the form of Store Credit rather than a monetary refund.

Store Credit: The entire approved amount will be credited to your Drip India customer account as store credit, which can be used for future purchases. Store credits typically do not expire.

Monetary Refund: Full monetary refunds are usually only provided if the item is defective and a suitable replacement is out of stock. If approved:

The refund will be processed within 4-7 working days after the final inspection.

The credited amount will reflect in your original payment account within a total of 8-15 business days, depending on the speed of your bank.
