This Shipping Policy applies to all products ordered from the Drip India website (https://dripindia.in/).

1. Shipping Charges and Coverage
Domestic Shipping (India): We typically offer free standard shipping across India for prepaid orders above a certain threshold. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small confirmation fee may apply.

International Shipping: International orders are shipped through registered international courier companies. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and the destination country. Recipients are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

2. Order Processing and Dispatch Time
Processing Time: Since many of our products are often “made to order,” the time taken to prepare and dispatch your order can vary. Orders are generally processed and handed over to the courier company within 4 to 8 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment.

Custom Orders: Custom or personalized orders may require a longer processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Business Days: Processing and dispatch occur on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public and national holidays.

3. Estimated Delivery Time
The delivery time is calculated after your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Delivery: Once shipped, domestic orders typically take an additional 2 to 7 business days to be delivered, depending on the location (metro cities generally receive packages faster than Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities).

International Delivery: International delivery times typically range from 7 to 15 business days after dispatch.

4. Tracking Your Order
Tracking Number: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automatic notification via email or registered mobile number containing the courier’s AWB number (Airway Bill) and a link to track your parcel.

Updates: Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after you receive the email.

5. Delivery Issues and Liability
Guarantee: Drip India guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier or postal authorities within the stated processing time but is not liable for any delay in delivery caused by the courier company, postal authorities, or unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, strikes, etc.).

Lost or Damaged Transit: In the rare event an order gets stuck or lost in transit, we will assist you in resolving the issue with the insured courier service. For damaged packages, please report the issue to us immediately upon delivery.

Proof of Delivery: Once the tracking information shows “Proof of Delivery” (i.e., the package has been signed for), the Company is no longer liable for the product.

Delivery Attempts: Couriers typically make multiple attempts (often two) to deliver the parcel. If the customer is unavailable on repeated attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and additional shipping fees will apply for re-shipment.
